 Today my computer has decided to start freezing up again.  I think I might have fixed it, but loading anything off the internet now is going at a snail like pace to say the least.  Why complain about the state of my computer?  I think it is because it is like my life preserver in the middle of the ocean that is my life.  I would go completely insane if I was not in some way connected to the world.  I think back to my senior year of high school, and I remember that I hardly ever used the computer.  My brothers laughed when I got a computer for Christmas, and were insanely jealous because THEY were the ones attached to the home computer day and night.

Now I see how it is.  My computer, as sad as it may seem, looks like it is doing another nose dive off of the empire state building.  It again is showing the signs...freezing up...slowing down...not wanting to do the simplest task, and yet....I can't find a problem.

As I look on the impending doom of my computer, I realize I don't want to be without one.  I'd rather get a new one before my connection to the outside world dies again.  To a college student, a computer is almost a necessity.  So, I told my parents about it.  Maybe next time I'll have a warranty that actually will cover my computer so I can keep it for the full 4 years of it's life span without worrying.

I really don't want to deal with my computer crashing while I'm abroad.  I think I will have enough to deal with already.  The death sentence that my computer has put upon itself is worrying me, and I don't need any more stress at the moment.

If anyone is reading this that knows anything about computers, and would love to help me solve this invisible epidemic my computer seems not able to get rid of, please let me know.  

Well, I should go study for my last exam.  i don't know if I'll get around to it before I have to head off to my dress rehearsal.  (procrastination is my favorite pastime)

 Thanks you guys for the birthday party!!! It was great :)  Well, anyways, to the point of this entry...I have decided I am going to yell at my boss to give me less hours, I definately don't have enough time to study, and I think I only need to work about 15 hours a week...not 25 argh!  So I have made myself a promise to yell at my boss tomorrow when I go to work.  I can't deal with working this much!  Well, I'm gonna go do homework.

 Hi hi! Today my family and I went out to the new part of Montreal.  We went to this cool music store called Future Shop, and I went directly to the francophone music section, and picked a couple of the new best seller's that looked interesting.  I bought one, and my mom bought me one to wrap up as the birthday present that she forgot to buy me.  So, the one I acutally bought I like so far...it's called Qu'on se leve by Jonathan Painchaud, so if anyone wants to borrow it when i get back, you are welcome to some french music. :)  I ish slightly happier today, i guess it's cause i ate a chocolate bar LOL!  Well, i'll be back tomorrow at around 8:30, so i'll see you guys later :)

 Well, this entry is not about rum...or pirates for that matter, but it's about something being missing in my life.  In middle school, I'm not gonna lie, I was a pretty BIG Nsync fan.  I went to a concert, and I had a poster of them on my wall for a long time, and I made a scrapbook of nsync pictures....anyways....I had all of thier cd's and that's pretty much all I listened to from like 6th grade up till whenever they broke up...which was like what? 9th grade ish?.  When Nsync broke up, I got angry and threw out all my cd's thinking I was grown out of it and I'd never want to listen to them ever again.  Now I'm in the mood to listen to it, and I don't have it anymore :( ...So...if anyone needs any birthday present ideas...I would really like some nsync music.  You don't have to buy me the cd's, but if you have nsync cd's, please burn me a copy (puppy dog face)

I guess that's all I have to say for now.  I have to go work on my french presentation that's due tomorrow.

 I just got back from band, which has been extended a whole half hour every practice for the rest of the year.  I really need to get organized...so I think I'm gonna cut this entry short.  I need to print out a calendar and write stuff on it.  I have so much to do and so little time...
Wish me luck on my job interview tomorrow (like i need more stuff to do)

 Well, I'll have to say that today was not the best of days.  My computer started acting up again yesterday, and I'm afraid that it's gonna crash again.  It's doing the same thing it did last summer...acting real slow...locking up...and eventually it will start freezing whenever you use more than one program...and then it will crash completely and death will follow shortly after.  I'm not gonna lie, I'm addicted to my computer, and the fact that it's dying is making me rather sad.  I hope I can figure out what's wrong with it before it crashes again....I have papers to write...i don't have time for the crashing :(

So...if you see me shoving large ammounts of chocolate down my throat, and sitting in front of my computer bugging tech support all the time for the next few days....now you know why.

 Well, today I had a job interview at Target.  It ended up that I have to go back to do a second interview, and then I'll find out if I got hired or not.  Oh...and I completely forgot about a meeting that I planned with my advisor today...who is also my french teacher, so I hope she doesn't kill me.  I have so much french homework to do, but I am putting off doing it because my brain is fried.  It doesn't help that I have the cramps of doom, and an intense need for chocolate.

I've been playing on the computer for most of the day.  To show how insane I have become...I put a spoon on my nose and left it there for a full five minutes, checked my email a billion times for no reason, played on gaia, and watched a lot of movies on youtube.  I personally think that the spoon on the nose thing truly shows my insanity, but that's just me.

Well, I'm gonna go...Tootles! :)
